What you do in practice - do in races!

Get your nutrition worked out for race day now.

Use your weekly long runs as your experiments for what is going to work for you on race day. It's a very good idea to drink the same sports drink as well as use the same gel that is being provided on the race course. 

Do not wait until race day to find out that what's being provided does not work for you.
